One of the core goals in FOSTEX is to provide capacity building activities for the associated partners in the project. The CoViD-19 situation is heavily impacting the realization of the original project plans, but all partners are contributing to make things happen: from November 22 to 26, project coordinator UPC together with the other European training providers, AIE Textils, CIAPE, and UNIWA managed to set up a five-day programme of extra-training for staff from BAU, ESITH, JUST. 

This second capacity building week included various lectures focusing on advanced textiles and technical competences, offering to the participants a site visit to LEITAT Technological Center. A special session was held on the management and business running of textile centers: the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology was applied by the session leader and consortium partner CIAPE in order to outline the structure and services offered by the advanced textiles centres, implemented thanks to FOSTEX at the four HEIs premises.
