Fifth Fostex consortium meeting: online is the new normal
After a quite busy period during the summer months, the FOSTEX partners “gathered” again virtually for the 5th consortium meeting held on November 4th,2020.
The last occasion where all partners had the chance to talk to each was in mid-June during an extra meeting in preparation of the interim reporting. The weeks after, all partners were busy in completing reports, finalizing deliverables and providing documents to the coordinator for the first official report to the funding office.
In addition, the planned activities, such as the roundtable in Morocco and the staff training in Spain had to be reorganised to cope with the global COVID-19 situation. Considering the current situation, the consortium members proposed also to delay the Interim conference to June or July 2021, hoping to be able to hold a face to face meeting, while deciding to have the 6th consortium meeting in March, again, online.
The finalisation of the reports for the interim reporting offered the chance to collect all the available deliverables on the project website providing a protected access to the partners and the project officer, while updating the dedicated section for the public available outputs on the website.
